As a Meeting and Marketing Service Company we offer a full range of event planning and promotional services including arranging venue, contracts, logistics, event registration, badges, online registration, managing audio visual requirements, printing, translation services, accommodations and travel. We pride ourselves in offering professional comprehensive marketing and meeting services that are results-driven and deliver complete customer satisfaction. Snookie is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and holds a certification in Hospitality Management and Convention Planning from Algonquin College.
Past Projects
- Created an event titled the African Women's Diplomatic Forum aimed to celebrate successes registered on the African continent in the area of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) by women. Over 17 countries participated with 9 female African Women Scientist as presenters
- Built an International Cultural Festival over the 2018 Canada Day weekend which took place at Lansdowne Park in Ottawa where 20 countries participated
- Completed a contract with Celebrations Ottawa 2017 for Canada's 150th Birthday and produced a series of events titled Ottawa Welcomes the World creating 45 events with 88 countries over the course of an entire year that drew an audience of 240k visitors. These events took place at Lansdowne Park in Ottawa and resulted in a 300% increase over expected attendance targets
- Created, produced, and coordinated a PR marketing event in Toronto at Showline Film Studio for Ottawa Tourism titled Ottawa Exposed showcasing Ottawa street scenes and major landmarks, attended by over 350 tour and travel trade and corporate meeting professionals
- Produced an Export Café in Montreal for International Trade Canada that brought 90 manufacturers and 16 International Trade Commissioner together to help build exports
- Coordinated the logistics for a 2.5 day Executive Forum titled Sustaining the Momentum focusing on the issues experienced by Women Entrepreneurs involving 31 speakers, 9 breakouts, and 3 plenary sessions. This conference was a joint partnership between Industry Canada's Small Business Policy Branch and Carleton University's Sprott School of Business
- Created all the marketing tools to promote a web site targeted to non-Canadians from around the world at www.canadainternational.gc.ca
- Created, planned, and developed the Opening Season pre-concert events and all fundraising events for the Ottawa Symphony Orchestra for 14 years raising over $1M
- Planned and executed a Brand Canada Marketing event for the Government of Canada's Department of Foreign Affairs & International Trade held at the Bellagio Las Vegas in partnership with Cirque Du Soleil, aimed at attracting investment in the Canadian IT sector by CEO's & CFO's of foreign-owned companies
- Organized, executed, and developed the communications and marketing program in Ottawa for the Canadian Tulip Festival using a 5-foot fiberglass tulip
- Produced in San Francisco an Educational Marketing event promoting multimedia education in Canada to San Francisco & Bay area schools and students
- Launched a multimedia product for the RealNetworks Conference in San Francisco for a Canadian company
- Spear-headed the 1st Terry Fox 10K run for cancer research involving 1000 participants in Milan Italy
- Served as moderator and coordinator for the 1st Conference on Health for women in Milan Italy
- Developed numerous international trade events and programs for businesswomen & young entrepreneurs for the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade
- Managed the logistics & and media of a 10-city promotional event for the launch of a new web product
- Reorganized the marketing strategy for an account executive program involving over 750 participants
